10- 11 am CrossFit class

11- noon – Open Gym

What is open gym? The gym is open to members and their family or friends. There is NO instructor and NO set workout. You are welcome to use the gym and any equipment with your own workout. Usually there are at least ten people and many different workouts going on, so you can usually find someone to workout with.

ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE SIX ELEMENTS CLASSES BEFORE ATTENDING CROSSFIT CLASSES. THESE ARE OFFERED 3X WEEK FOR TWO WEEKS.

If you are new to our gym, we require you to complete six classes offered in two week waves. Each class covers a warm up, lift, skill, accessory movements and workout. We cover the important methods needed to safely begin our regular CrossFit program. Six classes are needed before beginning our regular classes to make sure you have covered everything. If you miss a day, you may make it up the following wave or schedule a private session to complete the class. This makeup  cost is $30 a class.
